1. Introduction
Target Asset Management was
established in Singapore in April 1996. It specialises in equity investment in
Asian markets. It is a ‘long’ only fund manager, practices value investing
philosophy.
Target Asset Management was founded
by Mr. Teng Ngiek Lian, a former Managing Director of Morgan Grenfell
Investment Management Asia and Managing Director of UBS Asset Management,
Singapore. Mr. Teng has more than 30 years of industrial and investment
experience in Asia.
